First product designer - web & mobile UX, and the Glob engagement system I conceived
As the first product designer at Shaga, a cloud-gaming platform, I owned UX and UI across web and mobile. My most strategic contribution was Glob - a product initiative I conceived to drive community participation, progression, status, and engagement. I worked with engineering to identify a feasible implementation path and helped bring it to life. I partnered with founders on product direction and designed core platform experiences (quests, levels, and onboarding) across iOS, Android, and desktop, alongside the brand and campaign work.
